1. Shipping costs?
Shipping rates and packaging costs vary by:
- various items
- various zones
- various payment methods
- various VAT rates
The following is the most useful for determining shipping costs:
You order the largest product pro forma (you do not have to fill in your address yet) and then look at what the shipping costs are.
Do not forget to choose your country at the top of the webshop.
The shipping rates that Audiofriends pays at PostNl (24-July-2024) are, for example:
Germany: 100 - 500 grams: 9.40 euros excluding VAT.
Austria: 100 - 500 grams: 10 euros excluding VAT.
UK: 100 - 500 grams: 10.60 euros excluding VAT.
Switzerland: 100 - 500 grams: 11 euros excluding VAT.
Poland / Finland: 100 - 500 grams: 11 euros excluding VAT.
USA / Canada etc.: 100 – 500: 14 euros excluding VAT.
(You pay as a person including VAT)
(The above is excluding packaging costs.)
(With our shipping costs we are usually low compared to comparable webshops.)
P.S. The shipping and handling costs are a loss for us. These costs paid by you are counted by the tax authorities as income by the tax, and in addition to 21% VAT, we must pay approximately 37 - 50% income tax on them.
In addition, there are handling costs, which go beyond packaging alone. We do not work with volunteers.
You buy outside the EU VAT-free.
The payment costs for PayPal, for example, are also relatively low. For example, if an order of 30 Euro is placed, the customer must pay 0.35 + 3.5% = 1.40 Euro payment costs. Audiofriends must pay approximately 37 - 50% income tax on this 1.40 Euro in addition to 21% VAT. Audiofriends also does not think it fair to let customers who do not use PayPal pay for customers who would like to use PayPal, etc.

2. Delivery?
Audiofriends will ship the ordered items under normal circumstances within 0-6 working days with PostNL.
You will receive an e-mail with information after sending. We always send with Track & Trace.
The dimensions of the cardboard letterbox package can be up to ± 25.5 x 3 x 36 cm. Please keep in mind that you choose an address that has a (frost-free) mail entrance where this package (Package is within international standards.)
3. Postal delivery time?
Please note that if the shipment includes glue, the customs may have extra interest in this package.
Audiofriends has no influence on the delivery time in any way, and not any knowledge about the delivery time in any way, other than offering a correct postal package.
Audiofriends is a webshop, we do not have our own delivery service.
4. Country / area exclusions / pack stations?
Audiofriends does not ship to remote islands of any country. An example is Mallorca belonging to the Balearic Islands (Spain).
The reason is that we cannot guarantee that the shipped items will arrive. Audiofriends is responsible for the arrival of the items at their destination, and takes this task seriously.
5. Picking up items from the Audiofriends headquarters?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. There is therefore no sale or delivery from the main office. Audiofriends sells via the internet with a web shop, and does not have a store.
